Cobb Guides U15 Team to Finals of the DPL National Tournament
NORCO, Calif. - Under the direction of Russell Sage College Women's Soccer Head Coach Garrett Cobb, the New York Rush U15 reached the finals of the DPL National Tournament, held in Norco, California from June 26-July 1.
NORCO, Calif. - Under the direction of Russell Sage College Women's Soccer Head Coach Garrett Cobb, the New York Rush U15 reached the finals of the DPL National Tournament, held in Norco, California from June 26-July 1.
The Rush won their group with a 3-0-1 record before falling in the championship final.
Cobb, the Director of Coaching for the Rush's girls program, completed his eighth season as the RSC Head Women's Soccer coach in 2023. He guided the Gators to the 2020-21 Empire 8 Conference Championship Tournament title, a program first, and a national ranking of 25th in the final United Soccer Coaches National Poll.
RSC has four appearances in the E8 Tournament during his tenure, reaching the Semifinals in each of its playoff runs.
